I was born and raised in the Omaha area, living in the Ralston, Papillion, and Millard areas and attended Millard West High School. During college, I led worship for Campus Crusade for Christ in Lincoln as well as played for a church in Papillion. After I moved back to Omaha, I was asked to begin leading worship at Living Grace Lutheran Church and did so for a year. I was then appointed as Director of Music and worked at Living Grace for four more years.
I have always had a passion for music, which included playing piano and singing as a child, and learning guitar as I became older. One day I found the great joy that contemporary worship music brought to my heart, and how deeply it helped me feel the love of God. In turn I have felt driven to help spread that grace through song in any way I can!
“Let love and faithfulness never leave you, bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and the world.” (Proverbs 3:3-4).
