In-Person Worship

Worship typically lasts about an hour and includes Scripture, music, a sermon, and Holy Communion which is offered to all at each worship every Sunday.

8:30 am - Traditional Worship in the Sanctuary with traditional hymns accompanied by piano and organ with special music by choir, handbells, and brass choir. No livestream is available.
10:00 am - Contemporary Worship in the Community Life Center with contemporary music led by our Praise Team- usually 4 vocalists, guitar, keyboard, bass, and drums. Livestream and recordings are available on our YouTube channel.

Fellowship:

9:30 am - Coffee Connection: All are invited for coffee, cookies, and fellowship each Sunday in the Fellowship Hall! Come make new friends or catch up with your church family!

Holy Communion

We practice open communion. All are welcome to receive this amazing gift of grace at Christ's table.

We celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion during each worship service every Sunday. Bread and wine are served. Gluten-free wafers and grape juice are available. Simply tell your communion server what your body needs.

Children who do not commune are welcome to come forward to receive a blessing.

Common Questions

We have a large parking lot that has four levels because it is on a hill.

Parking spaces reserved for Guests are available on the left as you enter the uppermost parking lot closest to the building.
Handicapped accessible parking spaces are available on the right as you enter the uppermost parking lot closest to the building.

If you don't plan to use the Guest or handicapped accessible parking spaces:

If attending the 8:30 am Traditional Worship, it's best if you park in the uppermost lot closest to the bell tower as you should enter the door there.
If attending the 10:00 am Contemporary Worship, please feel free to park anywhere.

The Sanctuary (8:30 am Traditional Worship) is found by entering the door under the bell tower on the north end of our facility. (The door faces south.)
The Fellowship Hall (9:30 am Coffee Connection) is also found by entering the door under the bell tower on the north end of our facility. (The door faces south.)
The Community Life Center (10:00 am Contemporary Worship) is the large, rectangular portion on the south end of our facility. Please enter the silver doors that face the parking lot. (The doors face west.)

Children are welcome in worship. We encourage children to worship with their families and participate in worship as members of the body of Christ. If needed, Busy Bags are available with quiet play items and coloring and puzzle pages.

Nursery care is available for children ages 9 months - 3 years from 8:15-11:15 am while parents attend worship. Find the Nursery on the lower level down the hall from the Community Life Center off of Room 100 (our Children's Ministry area). The Nursery is staffed by an adult and a teen assistant who will attend to, play with, and entertain your little one while you worship. Please allow time upon your arrival to check in.

STLC Kids (aka Sunday School) is available for PreK (age 3)-Grade 5 from 10:00-11:00 am during the Contemporary Worship throughout the academic year. Guests are always welcome! Please allow time upon your arrival to check in. Learn more on our STLC Kids page.

The attire of our congregation varies greatly. You'll see jeans, suits, dresses, khakis, and shorts and crop pants in the summer months. Please come as you are comfortable.

We want our worship services to be our gift to you- a place where you can hear God's Word, grow in God's grace, and experience the kindness of strangers that you feel could become a family of friends. Please don't feel obligated to give as a Guest. Although we do set aside time during worship for an offering, we don't "pass the plate". If you decide to give a gift, offering boxes and electronic giving options are available. Please accept our gratitude and know that we will steward your gift to our ongoing mission and ministry.
